Kung Fu Master Lesson

For those of you who have not seen Kung Fu Panda. It is awesome. It is about a Panda named Po. In the being he is just a waiter at his dad's noodle restaurant, but then while at The Dragon Warrior selection ceramony he is selected by Master Oogwaya to be The Dragon Warrior. Meaning he will be able to read the Dragon Scroll and become the most powerful Kung Fu Master in all of China.

The funny this was that Po had no Kung Fu training. How in the world was he suppose to transform himself into The Dragon Warrior?

He had to be taught by someone who knew what to do. Someone with the most experience around. Someone that could teach him how to become the best. It had to be a Master who would see Po full potential and get him to that point.

It wasn't easy for Po to become a Kung Fu Master but as we all know Rome wasn't built in a day. It took time and alot of work for him to become a Master but he was able to do it because of his Master pushing him.

All of you know that my mission is soon coming to end. The past two years have gone by in a blink of an eye. Its gone so fast!

When I first came out to be a missionary I 100% felt like Po. I felt like I didn't know any thing about being a missionary. I like Po was blessed to have one the best missionaries in my mission to be my trainer (Master). My trainer pushed me out of my bubble and helped me to become a missionary. I learned so much from Elder Kuck during those six weeks I was with him.

During my mission I have gotten to go all over and to learn alot about myself and the church. The only thing I can say is I know that we have a loving Heavenly Father. That loves us even tho we all make mistakes. I know that he is with us during the good times and the bad times of our life. I know that the Book of Mormon improves the quality of our lives. I have seen how the Book of Mormon has changed peoples lives in Montana, Wyoming and even North Dakota! I say these things in the name of Jesus Christ Amen.

Building our Megazord in Christ Part 1 Introduction

I don't know about anyone else out there, but do you guys remember the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers? It was the best T.V. show ever! The show was about 6 teenagers who fought to protect the city of Angel Grove from an evil witch lady named Rita. She would send out some type of monster that would attack the people and try to destroy the city. When that would happen, the Power Rangers would come and fight the bad guy. After a couple of minutes of using their main fighting skills, they would defeat the bad guy. Now, when they defeated the monster instead of Rita calling it quits, she would make her monster grow huge; bigger than all the buildings here in Montana. When that happened, the Power Rangers wouldn't call ghost-busters, they would call the Zords. Each Power Ranger had a Zord. A Zord was a big robot that was part of making an even bigger robot called the Megazord. This is how they would fight the bigger monster. They would defeat him and then it would be the end of the episode.

But, this is not the end of my blog post. Now that you all remember or now  you know who the Power Rangers are you probably want to know why I'm talking about the Power Rangers. Well the reason why is because of life. In life we have a lot of monsters that come our way. Sometimes we defeat them and other times we don't. Just like the Power Rangers, when we defeat our enemy's they get BIGGER and the only way to win is to call for our Zords, and then build our Megazord. The way we build our Megazord is by working on having Christlike attributes. Christlike attributes help us keep moving forward in life and become stronger. These Christlike attributes are faith in Jesus Christ, Hope, Charity and Love, Virtue, Knowledge, Patience, Humility, Diligence, and Obedience.
